Sherry is one of the world's most fascinating and diverse wine categories - but how much do we really know about what's in the bottle?

For our November tasting at Santina Private Event Space, and as part of Sherry Wine Week 2026, Ivan will be taking us on a journey into the world of Sherry, exploring what it is, why it is so unique, and where it comes from. We’ll taste four different styles of Sherry, discovering the very different personalities these wines can have and what makes each one distinctive. Along the way, Ivan will share stories and anecdotes, as well as some of his own experiences from completing a Sherry course in Jerez. And if Sherry has never really been your thing, don’t let that put you off. With so many different styles, there may be more to discover than you expect.
